Urfa Raw Meatballs is one of Türkiye's most well-known table rituals, with its Şanlıurfa kneading technique, isot use and meatless/meat tradition discussions.   • pomegranate syrup

Recipe

    Bulgur is kneaded with isot, tomato paste and spices in a large tray.
