Tosunum is a unique type of pastry that combines Kütahya's poppy seed dough tradition with lentil filling. The dough prepared with mineral water and yoghurt is rested, covered with green lentil mortar, and baked with oily poppy seeds on it. It is a filling flavor that suits both breakfast and main meals.

Recipe

Knead dough with mineral water, eggs, yoghurt, olive oil, salt and flour.

Divide the dough into pieces, oil them and let them rest for a short time.

Boil green lentils; Fry the onion and prepare the filling with lentils, salt and pepper.
