
Çarşamba Kıvratması

- 1 glass of oil

- water 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 eggs 1/2 kg starch 1/2 pack margarine
- 1 kg ground hazelnuts 1/2 kg granulated sugar

: Add yoghurt, water, egg, oil and 1 teaspoon of baking soda to wheat flour and make it to the consistency of earlobe.

Half a kilo of sugar and hazelnuts are mixed together.

The rested dough is rolled out with the help of a rolling pin along with its starch.
