
Bafra Nokulu
Bafra Nokulu is a pastry without syrup, made by sprinkling grapes, hazelnuts and walnuts into the thin dough while rolling it. Although some people describe it as a kind of sailor-fisherman's food, thanks to its durability, energy giving and easy storage, it has now become an indispensable part of dinner meetings. Ingredients
- 1 kg wheat flour
- 2 eggs 1
- cup of yoghurt
- 250 g margarine 1
- 1 glass of oil
- cup walnuts 1 tablespoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons granulated sugar enough baking soda Bafra Nokulu
Recipe

: Wheat flour, an egg, yoghurt, melted margarine and baking soda are kneaded until it reaches the consistency of an earlobe.

The dough is divided into 3 lumps.

The dough is rolled out in the form of a phyllo dough, greased with oil and crushed walnuts, granulated sugar and cinnamon are mixed well and sprinkled.

The phyllo is folded and rolled.

Cut it to the desired size and place it on a tray.
