It is called "Bayram Kömbesi" because it is made to be served during Ramadan Holidays. Nowadays, it can also be performed at other times, upon request. It is also sold in patisseries and small commercial enterprises in the region. Required for Eid Combination
Ingredients
- 5 kg flour 2
- 5 cups of yoghurt
- glass of milk
- 3 kg of sugar
- 5 baking powder 1
- 1 glass of oil
- 5 kg butter
- 1 piece of baker's yeast, 1 packet of kömbe spice, Cinnamon

- nutmeg
- allspice 1 tablespoon crushed black cumin 1

Recipe

: Add sifted flour into a large bowl.

Kömbe spices, crushed black cumin seeds and baking powder are poured into it and mixed.

Add 3 kg of sugar and 1.5 kg of butter to the cooked and warmed milk in a separate pot and stir for a while.

The prepared butter and milk mixture is poured into the flour.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water in a bowl, add two glasses of yoghurt and one glass of oil to the flour.
