Kütahya pancake is a thin-crust delicacy that comes from the same table with the tradition of şibit and sac pita in the region. Folding the dough with poppy seeds and oil gives it a soft inside and slightly crispy texture when cooked. It is prepared for breakfast, with tea, or as a quick meal during the day.

Prepare a soft but not sticky dough by kneading flour, water and salt.

Divide the dough into pieces and let them rest; Roll out each piece thinly.
