Minced Meat Yağlama is one of the most popular sharing dishes on Kayseri tables. Thin dough is baked on a sheet metal, tomato paste and minced meat mixture is spread between them and arranged in layers. When served with garlic yoghurt, it has the character of both lavash and meal.

Knead the yeast dough and let it rest.

Prepare a juicy filling with onion, minced meat, tomato paste, tomato and pepper.

Roll out the dough into balls and bake on a baking sheet on both sides.

Spread minced meat mixture between each layer.
