
Kıymalı Su Böreği
On Kütahya tables, su pastry is an elaborate type of pastry prepared by boiling hand-rolled phyllo dough and layering it in layers. When used with minced meat, its edible character becomes stronger and becomes a satisfying meal on its own. The balance of thin dough, butter and minced meat mixture creates the main flavor of this pastry.
