Ilibada Dolması is one of the representatives of the sour-leaved stuffing tradition known in the rural areas of Kütahya. Ilibada leaves are wrapped with bulgur or rice stuffing; The slightly sour leaf taste gives character to the dish. When served with yoghurt, it offers a balanced combination of local herbs, grains and dairy products.
