Gozleme is one of the most familiar griddle pastries in rural Karabuk. Thin dough is filled with cheese, potato, herbs or sauteed fillings and cooks quickly on a hot griddle. Its warm, practical and shareable nature makes it common at breakfasts, tea tables and roadside stops.

  • Tuz
  • Peynir veya patates
  • Maydanoz
  • Tereyağı

Recipe

    Knead a soft dough with flour, water and salt, then rest.
