Recipe

    Cherry Salting (It is made from cherries grown in our city.) The cherries are washed and placed whole in a jar.

    Coarse salt is sprinkled on it.

    Add cherries again, sprinkle with salt, and continue this process until the container is full.

    Roasting: After removing the pits of the cherries, they are placed in water to remove the salt.

    The next morning, the seeds of the cherries are removed from the water and the juice is extracted.
