
Hamsi Buğlama
Anchovy Buğlama is one of the prominent local flavors in Giresun cuisine. Steamed Anchovies
Ingredients
- anchovy 2 medium onions
- lemon 2 tablespoons butter
- some oil 1/
- boiled water Parsley Black pepper and salt Anchovy Steamed

After the anchovies are washed and waited until the water has passed, their bones are removed one by one.

Onions and parsley are finely chopped.

We pour some oil into our pan, spread half of the chopped onions in a thin layer, add half of the chopped parsley on top, and arrange our anchovies tightly in our pan so that the outer surface comes into contact with the onion.

We pour 1 teaspoon of black pepper and salt on it, spread the other half of the chopped onions and parsley we prepared on the anchovies, and arrange the lemons we cut into rings on top.

After adding the butter, pour half a glass of hot water over it and close the lid of the pan.
