  • black pepper
  • salt
  • cumin 1 kilo vine leaves

Recipe

    In a pot, fry olive oil and rice a little.

    Add tomato paste, red pepper, black pepper, cumin and salt.

    Then add spring onion leaves and parsley.

    This mixture is put into previously boiled vine leaves, wrapped one by one and placed in the pot.
