Recipe

    Melt finely chopped tail fat over a wood fire and in a clay pot.

    Roast the cubed meat over low heat for 25-30 minutes.

    Add the onion chopped into cubes and cook for 10-15 minutes.

    Peppers are chopped and added and cooked for another 15 minutes.

    Then, add the transversely chopped tomatoes, add enough boiling water to cover the ingredients, add red pepper powder for color and cook for 40-50 minutes.
