Ingredients

- . rib meat (from forearm) 2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 tablespoon of pepper paste
- water 1 teaspoon black pepper
- water parsley karaleyhan Stuffed Ribs

Rice and almonds are roasted in butter.

Separate half of the roasted rice and almond mixture.

Add 1 glass of water to the other half and boil it.

Add chili peppers, black pepper, parsley, black pepper and the rice-almond mixture set aside to the rice and mix well. Rice is filled into the rib and sewn with needle and thread.
