History of İskilip Dolması: İskilip district of Çorum; It is a traditional dish, also known as Ca Dolması, made in the villages at the foothills of Deveci and Köse Mountain. It is prepared at weddings by cooks called dolmacı. Although this tradition still continues, it is prepared and offered to customers every day by some businesses in the district.

Recipe
