In addition to being a frequently consumed dish in Çorum, mantı is prepared by rolling, twisting and frying in large quantities, especially before the month of Ramadan. Manti, which has a unique taste, may take up to 1 hour to be freshly prepared and served.

    Dried Ravioli: An earlobe-soft dough is made with flour, salt, eggs and water.

    Cover it with a wet cloth and let it rest for half an hour.

    Roll out the dough so that it is thicker than phyllo dough.
