Çorum Baklava, also known as Gül Baklava, is one of the local desserts of Çorum. It is usually made at weddings and holiday preparations. It has been done throughout Çorum and its districts for a long time.
Ingredients
- first quality flour
- egg
- olive oil
- butter 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon yoghurt 1 teaspoon salt
- water
- nutmeg
- starch
- sugar

Break 2 eggs into a large basin.

Add half a tea glass of olive oil, vinegar, yoghurt, one tea glass of water and half a tea glass of salt and knead the dough.

Cover it with a wet cloth and let it rest for half an hour.

The dough is divided into egg-sized pieces and formed into a ball.

Sprinkle starch on top and roll it out in the form of a phyllo.
