Cimcik Aşı is one of the most well-known dough dishes of Kütahya cuisine. The dough, which is cut into small pieces and pinched by hand, is boiled and then combined with garlic yoghurt and butter and red pepper. It is seen as a troublesome but satisfying main dish in the home kitchen; It stands out with its warm and filling structure, especially on winter tables.

Recipe

    Knead a stiff dough with flour, eggs, salt and a little water; Let the dough rest and roll it out thinly.

    Boil the dough in salted boiling water until soft and drain.
