    Boil the almonds in boiling water until their shells are removed.

    After cleaning the shells, roast them in a pan over medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes and pound them in a mortar.

    Walnuts are roasted on the stove until they separate from their shells and then crushed in a mortar.

    Eggs, salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil are whisked and kneaded with flour and 1 glass of water.

    A dough with earlobe consistency is obtained.
