  • onion 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt
  • olive oil
  • water

Recipe

    Melki is washed 5-6 times, peeled with a knife, and then chopped.

    After the finely chopped onion is browned in olive oil, it is cooked with tomato paste, melki, salt and water for 30 minutes.

    (Add more water when the water decreases to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.) Add black pepper while serving.
