The fish is fried - without flour - in 2 cups of sunflower oil until it turns pink, then removed from the oil and left to rest.

Chop the onion, brown it with half a glass of sunflower oil, and then boil it with salt and water.

When boiling begins, the washed rice is released into the water.

When the water begins to recede, whole fish are added to the cooking pot and the rice is cooked together until the water is completely absorbed.

When the cooking is finished, it is served by placing mint, bay leaf and black pepper on the baking tray.
