- onion
- tomato

After boiling the black-eyed peas for 1 hour on medium heat with as much water as it takes, it is drained.

In a bowl, knead black-eyed peas, mint, egg, finely chopped parsley, grated onion and tomato with black pepper, thyme, chili peppers, salt and flour to obtain a mortar.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Take 1 tablespoon of the ingredients from the mixture and put it into the heated olive oil.

Press it with a spoon to flatten it.

When it turns pink, it is cooked by turning it upside down and served.
