- flour Half a packet of yeast 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar 1 teaspoon of salt
- warm milk
- warm water 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

Yeast, salt and sugar are added to the warm milk and then mixed with the flour, little by little, along with water, to knead the dough in earlobe consistency.

The dough, covered with a cloth and left to ferment, is divided into small pieces.

Künk (meringues) are rolled out into a 30-35 cm round shape by pressing with a roller or by hand, cut into four with a knife and cooked in the tandoor.

Nowadays, wedding buns made in rectangular shape with oil dough are baked in bread ovens.
