Ingredients
- keysefe (dried leaf apricot) 2 tablespoons butter
- granulated sugar
- water
- walnuts or hazelnuts
Recipe

Keysefe (dried leaf apricot) is soaked in warm water for 5 minutes and then rinsed in cold water.

Boil it in a glass of water for 10 minutes and add granulated sugar.

After absorbing the sweet water, add the butter and fry in the oil for about 5 minutes until it softens.
