Ingredients
- kelem (cabbage)
- onion 2 tablespoons of butter or Half a tea glass of oil
- egg 1 teaspoon chili pepper 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe

After washing the cabbage and chopping it finely, it is boiled until it becomes soft and the water is drained and squeezed to remove water.

Chop the onion into cubes and fry it in oil in a large pan until it changes color.

Add eggs, cabbage, chili pepper and salt and fry until the eggs are cooked.

It is served hot or cold on presentation plates, as desired.
