Recipe

    Bread dough is prepared and divided into pieces (kunks).

    The dough is lightly rolled out one by one by hand or on a bread board, then oil is applied and closed.

    The hot bread, which is rolled out again like thick (tandoor) bread and cooked in the tandoor, is chopped and placed on presentation plates.

    It is served with dried buttermilk and chili pepper butter sauce.
