Chopped helix herb into small pieces, washed and boiled.

Lentils and chickpeas are boiled separately.

Boil the cubed meat and fry it in oil for 5 minutes.

Add boiled lentils, chickpeas and helix grass and fry for another 3 minutes.

It is served on presentation plates with kurut ayran or garlic yoghurt and pepper butter sauce.
