Chickpea shells, which are soaked overnight and boiled in the morning, are cleaned and divided into two pieces to make mukesher.

Boil the partridge and strain its water into a separate bowl.

Rice, mukesher, salt and 4 cups of hot partridge boiling water are added and cooked.

When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and cook over low heat until the water evaporates, then remove it from the stove.

Put a paper towel on it, close the lid and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
