Recipe

    Add a glass of hot water and salt to the flour roasted in oil and cook.

    When it reaches the consistency of jelly, it is placed on presentation plates and served.

    Additionally, the kuymak placed on a plate is made into a hole in the middle, then butter or milk is poured and served hot.
