  • green pepper 3 tablespoons butter or
  • oil
  • sumac 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • Chili pepper and salt
  • For Over Water:
  • sumac juice

Recipe

    Cabbage leaves are boiled in water.

    Rice is washed and drained, then the stuffing is prepared by mixing it with finely chopped onion, parsley, tomato, spices, salt and a glass of sumac juice.

    First, ribs or cabbage leaf stalks are placed in the pot to prevent the bottom from sticking and burning.

    The palm-sized leaves are wrapped with stuffing and placed in a row in the pot.

    An inverted plate is placed on the stuffed vegetables to prevent them from swelling and spoiling when water is poured.
