After grinding the meat, onion and green pepper together twice in the machine, bulgur, egg, basil, cumin, black pepper, chili pepper and salt are mixed and kneaded.

As it solidifies, add a little water to prepare the meatball mixture, which has the consistency of a dough that will not stick to your hands.

Egg-sized pieces of dough are shaped into meatballs, fried both front and back in hot oil, and served.
