
Çireş Kavurması
Çireş Kavurması is one of the prominent local flavors in Bitlis cuisine. It reflects the character of the city cuisine with the ingredients and cooking method used in the local table culture.
Ingredients

Recipe

Chop the onion finely and fry it in oil until it changes color.

After being sorted and washed in a separate place, the lime is boiled, its water is drained, and then it is squeezed in the palm of the hand to purify it from water.

Add scrambled eggs, chili pepper, black pepper and salt to the roasted onion and mix.

When the eggs start to cook, add the boiled and drained gravy, fry for about 3 minutes, cook and serve hot.
