Ingredients
- onion 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- yoghurt 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon chili pepper

Tomato paste is added to the finely chopped and fried onion in oil and roasted together for 2-3 turns.

In a separate bowl, add salt and cook the eggs by breaking them one by one into boiling water.

The cooked egg is removed with a strainer and placed on the roasted onion.

Dried basil and parsley are added and cooked for another 5 minutes, then transferred to serving plates.

Whipped garlic yoghurt and chili pepper butter sauce is poured on top and served.
