- yoghurt
- strained yoghurt
- oregano (thyme)
- egg 1 tablespoon salt

Boil the beaten wheat in a liter of water with a tablespoon of salt for half an hour or 45 minutes.

In another bowl, whisk yoghurt, strained yoghurt and eggs, add two glasses of water and whisk again until it reaches the consistency of thick buttermilk.
