
Cevizli Büzme Tatlısı
Walnut Büzme Dessert is one of the prominent local flavors in Bilecik cuisine. It reflects the character of the city cuisine with the ingredients and cooking method used in the local table culture.

Two eggs are broken into a bowl and mixed with 1 glass of milk, 1 tea glass of oil, 1 spoon of vinegar, 1 spoon of granulated sugar and 1 kg.

Flour is added and mixed and dough is obtained.

The dough is kneaded well, divided into egg-sized pieces, and rolled out on a tray with a rolling pin, like dough.

While the dough is being rolled out, sufficient amount of starch is sprinkled to maintain the consistency of the dough.
