About the Event
Istanbul Culinary Festival is a three-day free gastronomy event supported by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. The festival, held every year in June, brings local producers and local flavors selected from Türkiye's 81 provinces to the city center.
While more than 80 manufacturers have stands in the festival area, famous chefs perform live cooking demonstrations on the open-air stage. Workshops for children and an exhibition of traditional handicrafts are also included in the program.
