Biography
Born in Gaziantep, Musa Dağdeviren is a culinary archaeologist who researches and unearths the 'lost recipes' of Turkish cuisine. Over the years, he has introduced more than 300 lost Anatolian dishes to his menu with the Çiya restaurant chain in Kadıköy. He is introduced as the ambassador of Turkish cuisine in the world press such as New Yorker, Time and Guardian.
