Biography
Fatih Tutak, the owner of Türkiye's first Michelin-starred restaurant, returned to Istanbul after his career journey from Tokyo to Singapore and opened TURK restaurant in Bebek. Tutak, which uniquely blends Asian techniques and Anatolian products, achieved a first in Türkiye with a single star in 2022 and two Michelin stars in 2023.
